he MetroWest Boston region is a cluster of Massachusetts towns lying west of Boston and east of Worcester, including: Ashland , Framingham , Holliston , Hopkinton , Natick , Sherborn , Southborough, Sudbury , and Wayland . The towns combine to represent approximately 184,000 residents with a labor force of 105,400.
